My career highlights include:*Achieving a 20% reduction in TRIR, a 62% reduction in LTIR, and a 46% reduction in process safety events at IFF.*Overseeing sustainability initiatives for The Estée Lauder Companies Value Chain sites which achieved a 51% reduction in Scope 1 & 2 emissions and 100% zero industrial waste to landfill.*Driving innovative occupational health programs and digital EHS dashboards for actionable insights.
