I am a fast learner that is self motivated, detail oriented, and very customer service focused. I have been a Manager that leads with a servants heart, is a Team Builder and Customer Service Expert, with over 35 years experience in Retail Management. I am fortunate to also have 8 years Medical Office and Hospital experience. Excellent Visual Merchandising, Customer Service and Customer Relationship Management skills. My HR skills include recruiting, training, continued developmental skills and scheduling to productivity as well as yearly reviews. Community Outreach, Event Planning, and all other managerial skills are also part of my personal past experiences. Office Management, Organization, Scheduling, Appointment Setting, Assisting in procedures, lab work, and other medical office skills.
