As a clinical health psychologist, I have built my business around integrating the science of health and human behavior with the art of managing, healing and leading. This holistic strategy is how I approach my work with organizations, individuals and communities to build a resilient work force, create clinical skills, drive quality outcomes and master challenging behaviors. For thirty years, I have been providing healthcare consulting and clinical services to hospitals, post-acute care facilities, senior care housing, academic institutions and individuals. Designing and conducting hundreds of leadership seminars, train the trainer programs, executive coaching, strategic planning, expert witness testimonies, operational programming and development for dementia care services. Created the Holistic Dementia Care® certification training program for providers. The empowerment of women is at the core of my teaching and speaking engagements. My Put on Your Big-Girl Shoes® empowerment program for women provides strategies and skills to step into courage, resilience and empathy to lead. Guiding young women to their authentic power to move into and remain in positions of leadership both in their work and their life. As a television contributor, national speaker and author, my passion remains true to advocating and supporting women and our most vulnerable seniors.
