About Lori Tucker
I engage with future business leaders exploring concepts, theories, and practices of organizations. Throughout my courses we delve into the critical topics of management, ethics, and conflict resolution believing an ethical workplace begins with identifying and then challenging our current assumptions, thoughts, and beliefs. My research examines workplace psychological aggression. In particular, I inquire into the first-hand experience of formerly abrasive leaders and superiors who intervened with an abrasive leader. I am honored to have met courageous leaders who provided me with significant insight into their experiences. We are learning the organization doesn't have to choose production or appropriate conduct.
