I am currently the IT Quality Assurance Manager working directly for the Director of Business System Analysis, IT Corporate Development. As the Quality Assurance Manager it is my responsible to lead the creation, execution and documentation of the tests necessary to ensure that application and technical environments meet performance requirements. I have developed and implement an enterprise-level QA Testing Strategy inclusive of people, process, and tools that will drive higher quality and efficiency. I currently work with existing teams to determine which performance and testing tools are appropriate for the environment. Participate in the development of the project plans by outlining QA tasks, deliverables, deadlines, time estimates. Inform the Management Team of testing status and provide final go/no-go recommendations. I provide leadership, performance feedback, mentoring, and development planning to team members (on and off shore). I am a member of the Governance, Risk & Compliance team helping to shape, department process visioning and design, business process re-engineering, sourcing/selection analysis, change management, mentoring, and training. As a results driven and committed professional I provide high quality, on time, within scope, and within budget deliverables and can adapt to constantly changing environments and priorities. Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to work as a Project Manager, Scrum Mater, Business Analysis, Report Analysis, Security, and Training. I have worked with, cross functional project teams using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches. In whatever role I play in the project I have and continue to work as an advocate of continuous improvement to make better employees, better work space, better products and a better company. I enjoy bringing the technical ideas to the non – technical and watch them grow together, building relationships to connect and create innovated thinking.
