Since I have been working as an accountant at KerberRose SC, CPAs. My expertise is working with condominium associations as well as small businesses and non-profit organizations. I have extensive experience in providing accounting services, preparing financial statements, tax returns, QuickBooks and Microsoft programs as well as providing day to day assistance to our clients. My working career started in banking from 1977 through 1981. I then spent 18 years working for a real estate developer involved in the investment, construction, purchase and management of rental properties and condominium developments. I gained valuable experience in the management and accounting of the many properties from HUD Section 8 to high end resort condominium properties.
