I have worked in Customer Service for over 20 years. I started working at ImageFirst as Customer Service and landing as Customer Service Manager. Then I went to Labrea Bakery for a year then I was offered at position at USF and that is where I started to learn the most about the Food Distributor business and help procure the District of Philadelphia Schools Co-Op programs until I went to PFG in the Customer Service Department and then moved to Account Executive to handle schools. I love what I do. I have handled everyday operations to procurement issues, transportation and reporting, I have mostly been involved with the Philadelphia and NJ Garden State Co-Op schools, which have been my passion but I have also handled street accounts. I am very familiar with vendors/distributions and customer relations. I take every responsibility serious and do every job to the best of my ability. My goal is to work for a company in the food industry and learn and grow as they do, which is what I am doing now and look forward to it.
