Since 2011, Lorie Eber has been providing nutrition, weight loss, health, and fitness advice to individuals and corporate clients in Southern California. Based in Irvine, California, Lorie has a passion for teaching her clients how to stay healthy in today's super-sized, sedentary culture. Through custom-designed weight loss programs, she analyzes her client's diets and lifestyle, helping them achieve long-lasting weight loss and improved overall health. Lorie is a National Board Certified Wellness Coach, Precision Nutrition Certified Professional, a Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Behavior Change Specialist. She also holds a Nutrition Science Certification from Stanford University, and Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from eCornell and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
