I am a dedicated, hard working, creative and patient person. Helping people, planning and providing quality customer service is a passion of mine. I enjoy working in a team and like to provide assistance to other team members when needed, in a timely and effective manner. Key Skills:• Computer skills - A broad amount of experience in using PC and Mac, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sharepoint, Delve and Outlook for a range of different purposes including scheduling and planning.• Customer service skills - Gained experience in providing quality customer service whilst working as a Customer Solutions Specialist and in retail.• Problem solving – Role as Assistant Director in film requires me to quickly solve scheduling problems. In education I gained experience in solving issues with child to educator ratios • Organisation & Planning – In education I planned overall term plans and lessons. In film I scheduled cast, crew, props and locations and organised shot lists, call sheets and risk assessments. • Communication - Able to communicate effectively with and listen to team members and customers both verbally and written. In childcare I communicated with children, team members and parents daily by talking face to face and sending daily emails to update parents on their children’s progress. • Collaboration - In retail I utilise interpersonal skills to effectively work within a team to complete our online daily shop by communicating with colleagues to ensure priorities are being met. In film I communicate with other departments and negotiate timelines in order to meet the shoot deadline
