About Lorin Smith

Lorin has a tenacity for organizational culture, change management, and training and development. She aims to sprinkle passion and humor across all that she does in her 10+ of industry experience and 14+ years of service in the Army Reserve. Her current role as a Talent Architecture Specialist at Accenture has allowed her opportunities to lead global initiatives for internal skills databases. She's led a variety of people level and leader level engagements across a person organization, to include coordinating global campaigns, creating marketing and communication tools, leading workshops and executive sessions, and data tracking and analysis. This role has equipped her with the robust knowledge of the innerworkings of a large and diverse global organization. Along with her primary profession, Lorin has served in the Army Reserve for 14 years, currently at the rank of Major. Through an array of civilian and military roles, she has established an expertise in brand and community development, change management, process improvement, and event planning and hosting. Lorin thrives whenever she's challenged with increasing growth - be it growing a brand, community, person, program, or product. Her talent at observation and analysis allows her to see things deeper than most and identify new and creative opportunities or solutions. Throughout her life, she's been able to initiate and nurture relationships with ease through her art in communication, storytelling, and identifying strategic partnerships. Leading with confidence, humility, and authenticity is weaved into her many roles, serving as the basis for her mastery in navigating whatever situation in which she is placed.
