As a Team Lead, I take pride in assisting my team with the tools and knowledge needed to be successful. Communication skills are used daily to ensure my team and each individual understands the objective/assignment that had been delegated to them. I created several trackers on different applications, to follow agents progress, trending opportunities, as well as their quality evaluation scores; which consists of listening to live and recorded inbound calls. As an experienced team lead I know the importance of giving feedback as well as receiving. I like to hold weekly or on the spot coaching to provided any feedback I may have or just to check in. Remote work is no stranger to me. Since the start of the pandemic I was able to adjust my work life accordingly, and push through. Still able to maintain my position and exceed further.
