About Lorna Sharp

I’m an art addict. Whether it’s in music, fashion, beauty, visual arts. it always have been something important to me. When I was a kid I used to write poems, paint everywhere I could and plan some shows where I was basically the art director. this is still very accurate to who I am today. I love to be sharp on my work and its management. I don’t think that being very conscientious makes you less creative. My past experiences in career have out grown my skills in social, as in Hairstyling or Retail I have learned to listen and find out about people personalities and how to work with them. Regarding team staff and customers; it’s important for the sake of your job position to add some psychological sensitivity. Dr Martens led my management skills to develop theirself. In 2017, I was moved in the Bastille store. The store improved itself right away, concerning human relationships where I successfully was a leading mediator, plus regarding the datas turnover we achieved +50% in one year. I therefore was offered a new position in Lille. We opened a new store there which was a good investment for the brand. Dans le cadre de mon parcours de Secrétaire-Assistante je suis à la recherche d’un stage en Administration et Assistanat. Ce stage ne sera pas dans une visée d’observation mais pour soutenir votre équipe en lui fournissant un élément opérationnel comme support. En effet, j’ai choisi de développer en profondeur mes compétences pré acquises en suivant cette formation. Je serais ravie de pouvoir les mettre à profit au sein de votre entreprise. Je souhaiterais intégrer une entreprise liée au secteur de la Culture. La situation actuelle ne m’ayant pas fait perdre mes valeurs, je serais 100% moi-même en y retrouvant des intérêts qui me sont propres!
