About Me I am an experienced professional with a dynamic career journey spanning sales, entrepreneurship, product management, and operational leadership in hospitality technology and network services. With a global perspective and a passion for disruptive technologies, I enjoy specialising in creating/identifying innovative, future-proof solutions that redefine the status quo. My career highlights include leading the largest ShoreTel deployment for INEOS Petrochemical, managing key accounts such as Hilton and other prominent hotel chains, introducing a decentralised communications platform into the hospitality market, and holding senior roles such as EMEA Sales Director and Operations Director. These accomplishments were not handed to me; I’ve grown into every role the hard way, overcoming challenges and consistently proving my ability to deliver results, lead teams, and drive innovation. Driven by entrepreneurial ambition, I founded a turnkey communications business for hospitality chains. Though the venture faced an untimely challenge due to the loss of my business partner, it catalyzed my transition into product management, where I’ve continued to focus on identifying and creating transformative solutions for the hospitality sector. Currently, I am proud to be a part of Levy, where I focus on identifying and developing impactful, future-ready solutions that are designed to support long-term growth and success. My transition into this Product and Systems Manager role represents a deliberate redirection in my career to step away from the pressures of high-stress positions and focus more on achieving a balance between my professional growth and family life. I maintain a keen interest in the future of AI and also blockchain technologies - Layer 2/3 advancements, and I am passionate about exploring how these innovations can transform industries. Beyond my professional endeavours, I am a proud mother, of two daughters, embracing the unique balance of career innovation and family life. This dual perspective continually fuels my motivation to build a better, more sustainable future for generations to come.
