Je travaille au sein du groupe Accor depuis 2019, où je suis responsable de la protection et de la défense à l’échelle mondiale des actifs de propriété intellectuelle du groupe, incluant les marques, modèles, noms de domaine ainsi que les droits d’auteur. Je suis également en charge de la rédaction/négociation de contrats impliquant des droits de propriété intellectuelle. Auparavant, j'ai exercé pendant 14 ans en tant que Conseil en Propriété Industrielle au sein du cabinet Santarelli. Grâce à ma capacité d'adaptation et mon sens de l'organisation, j’ai pu accompagner efficacement des clients issus de secteurs variés dans la gestion de leurs portefeuilles de propriété intellectuelle, en vue de protéger et de défendre leurs droits face aux tiers tout en valorisant leurs actifs de propriété intellectuelle. Cette expérience diversifiée m’a permis de développer une expertise approfondie des enjeux liés à la propriété intellectuelle, ainsi qu'une compréhension des enjeux commerciaux et juridiques- I have been working at Accor, the world’s leading hospitality group, since 2019, where I manage the Group’s global IP strategy as well as the protection and defense of its intellectual property assets, including trademarks, designs, domain names, and copyrights. I am also responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts involving IP rights. Previously, I worked for 14 years as an IP Attorney at Santarelli, IP firm. Thanks to my adaptability, my strong organizational skills, I provided clients across various industries with effective support in managing their IP portfolios, aimed at protecting and enforcing their rights against third parties and thereby enhancing the value of their intellectual property assets. Through my experience and ability to handle a wide range of topics, I have developed deep expertise in intellectual property matters, along with a solid understanding of the related business and legal challenges.
