About Lorraine Costa

I'm a dedicated and results-driven professional with a diverse background in program management, event coordination and customer service. My journey began with my role as a Guest Services Representative for Marriott, where I honed my interpersonal and customer service skills for two years. While working for Marriott I transitioned to the role of Executive Meeting Specialist, which allowed me to develop expertise in managing high-profile meetings and ensuring their seamless execution. I have also served as an Event Coordinator, where I had the privilege of collaborating with teams on a cross-functional level. This allowed me to improve alignment across various departments, build leadership skills, and streamline workflows and processes. In 2021, I became an HR Program Coordinator on the Functional Training team at UniFirst, specifically working with the UBS team. I have been able to leverage my diverse skill set to facilitate the logistics, planning and company wide roll out of the UBS application. As of 2023 I have transitioned into the Instructional Design role and am currently developing my skills to provide the best training material. My passion lies in Human Resources! Building and nurturing relationships, finding innovative solutions to complex problems, and delivering exceptional results has helped me in these roles.
