About Lorraine Eagle

Lorraine began her career within a blue chip financial services company. Starting from the grass roots of frontline sales and service, Lorraine moved into the Learning and Development function as an induction trainer and coach, before becoming a trainer for a large healthcare provider, responsible for the compliance training of 750 employees. On joining Prodent (later acquired by JaywingDMG) Lorraine worked with a variety of large clients including Capital One, Autoglass and Shop Direct, conducting comprehensive training needs analysis, designing and delivery training programmes including soft skills material for frontline employees, management development programmes and induction training covering product, process, systems and skills. She was also been involved in designing and developing quality assessment, appraisal and recruitment frameworks. Lorraine broadened her skills, taking on a systems training role with Experian where she designed and delivered complex and technical training for clients and employes and has continued this with MHR where she currently works as a software trainer.
