About Lorraine Keane

I'm passionate about connecting people with opportunities that truly make a difference in their careers and lives. With extensive experience in recruitment and workforce planning across Australia, I bring a unique blend of commercial insight from contracts and finance that helps me see the bigger picture beyond just filling roles. What drives me most is the genuine relationships I build and the positive impact I can have on both candidates and clients. I believe recruitment is fundamentally about people, understanding their aspirations, supporting their growth, and helping organisations thrive through the right talent connections. I'm always open to meaningful conversations with like minded professionals and organisations who value a thoughtful, people first approach to building exceptional teams. If you're looking for someone who combines strategic expertise with a real commitment to making a difference, I'd love to connect and explore how we might work together.
