As Senior Level College Admission Community Outreach Representative, my success hinges on leveraging over a decade of expertise in marketing communications to meet k-12 and adult students' educational aspirations and the institution's visionary goals. By fostering a supportive environment where every prospective student is meticulously guided through their academic and financial planning I strive to ensure their transition is seamless and aligned with their ambitions. From those interested in administrative or clinical healthcare to those pursuing more entrepreneurial journeys, my expertise lies in blending high-level communication, social-media marketing, and sales to foster growth and empower individuals while exceeding enrollment targets. With a conversion rate of over 75% and start rate of over 150% utilizing various CRM platforms including Salesforce, CampusVue, Nexus, Brightspace, and many others I provide a high level of customer service that translates into student retention. In addition to connecting with students in-house, collaborating with community partners dedicated to encouraging the next level of workforce education and skillset, is a major priority. Providing a tailored fit that meet company goals and enhances retention through intrinsic satisfaction is where it all comes together and where I shine.
