About Lorraine Meadows

I currently work at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT), dealing with the public both face-to-face and via the telephone in a friendly manor. I deal mostly with data input and dictation, as well as general office duties and keeping organised. I also attend team meetings and take minutes at various meetings as well as keep up-to-date with mandatory training. I am used to working to deadlines from previous jobs such as the Post Office Ltd with various daily, weekly and monthly reports, as well as previous experience as an administrator for a maintenance company, in which I dealt with accounts, organisation of staff and general administration works. As you will see from my CV, I have the capabilities of working with Sage and the Microsoft Office suite, as well as the SystmOne software at the health centre, Maracis and PC-MIS at NSFT and various other computing software. I am constantly trying to improve myself, and as such signed up with the Open University in the hope of gaining a degree in Mathematics one day. As well as the eventual qualification, I believe that this will help me manage my time, money and efforts much more efficiently, therefore, not only benefiting me in my personal life, but my professional life, and consequently the business surrounding me. I would ideally like to study for AAT, but would like the experience to train with. I believe I have the capabilities, a positive, friendly attitude, and the right people skills. I have the ability to communicate with all ages, classes and backgrounds. I also believe that being a part of a friendly, happy, peaceful place of work is as important on a personal level as money or even the success of a company. Although from my own experience as well as listening to many other people, having this attitude to start with very often leads to the success of all those involved and raising the status of the company. In my work history, I have kept this as my moral background.
