My role as Health Education Manager has enabled me to develop cutting-edge educational programs. With a focus on immunology and women’s health, my strategic expertise has led to the successful development and implementation of Continuing Medical Education (CME) accredited (FMOQ, CFPC, Royal College) and OLA programs that also support the business need. My focus on the learner at the centre of learning and behaviour change are influenced by my past experience as a PhD candidate in Educational Psychology, ensuring that adult learning principles are at the heart of every initiative. My competencies in stakeholder engagement such as Faculty Meetings, AdBoards & Consult Meetings over the past 20 years have expanded alongside the implementation of impactful learning experiences. My leadership in Medical Education and Learning Design & Development in training have honed my ability to fully meet customer and business needs meeting aggressive timelines. My multichannel marketing experience has been pivotal in also understanding and enhancing business objectives further establishing social learning communities that thrive on knowledge sharing, benefiting both learners and the organization.
