About Lorraine Meyer

I have eleven years of experience working for a venture capital funded companies in the merger and acquisition due diligence process from the buyer and seller side. The M&A activity was in the technology/SaaS for healthcare preferred provider organizations (PPO) and workers compensation bill review industry.I also have experience managing multiple entity month end process to produce consolidated financial statements for specific audiences (from detail for operations to summary for Board of Director presentations). I have implemented accounting processes to support GAAP accounting policies including software revenue recognition and capitalization of internally developed software. These processes resulted in external audits with no changes. I am known as a dependable hard worker as I do not let my ego get in the way of accomplishing tasks. I enjoy working in both small office environments as well as large companies. I especially like supporting non-financial department heads so they can better understand and meet the financial expectations of the organization.
