With 20+ years of experience—built on a solid foundation as an Athletic Trainer and Industrial Sports Medicine Professional—I have spent the better part of the past decade directly involved in managing client operations, overseeing teams of client managers, and driving customer success across a major portfolio of 100+ accounts representing $25M+ in revenue. As a Senior Client Manager with Briotix Health, I lead a team of 8 Client Managers, ensuring desired impact and effectiveness across an expansive client portfolio. As a technical and program expert, I am called on to shape custom workplace solutions for major Fortune 500 accounts, building industrial sports medicine, ergonomics assessments, return-to-work programs, and functional employment testing solutions critical to optimizing workplace health and well-being. Given the company has expanded significantly through acquisition—including their purchase of my prior employer InSite Health, in which I played an instrumental role in growing—I have been working diligently to streamline our processes and practices, develop and mentor a high-performing team, incorporate unprecedented transparency into our KPIs, and focus heavily on account development. In fact, over the past 4 years, my team has grown our portfolio by $11.4M. What’s more, we have maintained a high NPS, earned a reputation for promoting customer success, and delivered on our promises of greatly enhancing workplace metrics. I possess an undergraduate degree specializing in Athletic Training, a Master’s degree in Sports Administration and Recreation, and I completed a 12-month leadership development program and earned the Crestcom L.E.A.D.R. for Life certificate. In addition, I have maintained my Board of Certification (BOC) Athletic Trainer Certified (ATC) credential for 20+ years, engaging in 50 CEUs every 24 months to validate and expand my depth and breadth of knowledge in the field. Based on my education and development, and as an engaging public speaker, I have been asked to present during national workshops and conferences, doing so for industry and client audiences.
