I earned my bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, and hold certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR-HRCI)and a Senior Certified Professional (SCP-SHRM) I’ve held many roles in Benefits and Compensation and feel I am highly capable of managing, supporting and understanding a vast range of employee benefits while ensuring compliance. In my various roles I have helped create processes for managing offer letters, new hire onboarding, exit interviews, employee engagement surveys, and paperless record keeping. I have above average software experience, and am always excited to learn more. As a Human Resource professional I understand the importance of training and developing our workforce to provide opportunities for employees to be successful and reach career goals, and in turn the benefits of how that affects the entire organization. I enjoy having a hands-on role in managing day-to-day activities in getting work accomplished. Additionally, understanding the various areas that bring about employee satisfaction are important with my work environment and help me provide to others an insight of how rewarding it can be working at a career that allows for growth and opportunity. Being actively involved with the workforce is rewarding to me, and finding new ways to keep them engaged is something I strive for. I am also involved in my family business –MCF House Movers. This is a unique type of business, which we advertise as “the largest type of recycling business in the world” – the company specialty is moving houses - literally! My work involves payroll, processing invoices and contract management. During the weekends I get to spend time enjoying life with my family! Children have always been the joy of my life so I try to fill in as many hours as I can with those that I love! In my spare time I enjoy reading, cooking, kayaking, gardening and making handmade cards and invitations.
