As a Human Resources professional with over eighteen years of progressive experience in the government, healthcare and communications sectors, I am able to support an organization in the effective delivery of HR strategies and goals to meet continuously changing business needs. Currently, I provide a full range of duties that encompasses all aspects of Human Resources including labour relations, organizational development, recruitment and retention, employee relations, health and safety, and disability management. By focusing on the continuous improvement of processes and procedures as well as engaging employees in their development, I have ensured that the HR strategy is consistent with overall corporate objectives.
