With more than 20 years of experience in the motor vehicle environment, I am a customer satisfaction expert and a skilled leader of title center teams. As the Title Center Manager at DDI Technology, I oversee the delivery of high-quality title center services and handle all critical items, delegating to supervisors as appropriate. I have grown the title center team from three to eight teams in two years, and have achieved outstanding results in terms of accuracy, completion, and profitability. I am passionate about customer relationship management and customer profitability, and I have developed and implemented progressive plans to support employee growth and development goals. I also conduct regular meetings with all department personnel to communicate policies and procedures and review issues and opportunities for improvement. Additionally, I have extensive experience as an Assistant Branch Manager at the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles, where I managed daily operations and supervised staff.
