Lorrie Foreman has 30+ years managing design and construction with a reputation for getting difficult projects done. Her extensive expertise in building productive teams, cost development, schedule analysis, and dispute resolution results in a track record of over $2.0 billion in construction projects with zero litigation. She is often brought into troubled projects to resolve issues, mitigate schedule delays, finalize costs and execute a strategy to speed project completion. Her advanced technical expertise coupled with her ability to refocus a project team makes Lorrie one of the few people that can salvage a project for a successful completion. She currently chairs the Urban Planning and Architecture committee for Houston's bid for the World Expo 2025, a six-month-long event that would attract more than 20 million international visitors to Houston.
