As EU Director for Aave Labs and CEO of Push Ireland, I lead the European rollout of regulated and feeless access to stablecoins — combining innovation with full regulatory compliance under MiCAR. My work bridges traditional and decentralised finance, driving growth through strategic partnerships, market development, and licensing. Blockchain Ireland | Founder & Chair Founder and Chair of Blockchain Ireland, the country’s national blockchain ecosystem initiative. I work across government, academia, and industry to position Ireland as a global hub for digital assets and Web3 innovation. Experience - Previously CEO of MSX, a UAE-regulated stablecoin issuer, where I led the design, build, and launch of the institutional stablecoin USX- Former Chief Commercial Officer and Head of International at M2, the UAE’s leading regulated crypto investment platform, responsible for global growth, partnerships, and institutional sales- Before that, I held senior roles with Coinbase (Director, EMEA Market Operations), BNY Mellon (Digital Assets & Blockchain Lead, EMEA), and ConsenSys (Managing Director, Global Partnerships). Earlier in my career, I was a Partner at Deloitte China and Director at Deloitte Ireland, where I founded and led Deloitte’s EMEA Blockchain Lab. Academia & Thought Leadership Adjunct Assistant Professor at Trinity College Dublin, teaching MBA students on technology trends, blockchain, and digital transformation. Recipient of multiple teaching excellence awards. Forbes contributor and PhD candidate researching the birth and evolution of Web3 entrepreneurial ecosystems.
