About Lotiful Bari

I am a dynamic development professional with over 16 years’ experience in development arena where almost 11 years’ experience in monitoring, evaluation and research currently based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I graduated with my masters in economics and since then have worked at several different international NGOs across South Asia. I have proven experience and proficiency with a range of data and M&E tools, particularly in managing databases and tracking programme achievements. Currently I am working as Programme Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist at Plan International Bangladesh. As part of this role I am responsible to design and roll out of M&E system to measure the output and outcome of health, WASH, child rights, DRM and CCA programmes using specific programme result frameworks in alignment with overall country strategy framework, develop and roll out M&E system to measure organizational outcome results following country result framework aligned to strategic objectives and indicators as per Country Strategy, provide training to the partner staffs to strengthen the M&E element of the projects and support Project Coordinators with the use of M&E findings, collect regular information from projects and analyse situations to provide feedback to individual projects on issues that need immediate attention and document best practice, ensure that results, outcome and impact can be effectively measured at project, programme and organizational level bringing about effective and lasting change on the lives of extreme poor people throughout Bangladesh as per CSP, document best practice, innovative approaches and changes in M&E approach.
