About Lotte Reesink

I’m Lotte — Manager within EY’s Technology Risk practice, specializing in Attestation services including SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, AUP, ISAE and ISAE 3402. As a registered IT-auditor (RE) and certified ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Lead Auditor, I bring extensive experience in performing and managing SOC audits. I also coordinate integrated SOC 2 and ISO certification journeys for a wide range of IT service providers — from datacenter colocation and managed services to SaaS, PaaS, and cloud platforms. What drives me professionally is helping clients navigate complex assurance challenges — and making that experience not just effective, but enjoyable. I’m known for my collaborative approach and my ability to bring clarity where it’s most needed. I'm a Global Voice of EY, representing young professionals in conversations with EY Global Leadership. My mission is clear: to ensure that the concerns and perspectives of the younger generations get on the agenda of decision makers, with the purpose of driving meaningful change and contributing to an organization that is future proof. I'm serious about female independence, and I champion initiatives that support the career growth and equal opportunities for female talent and young mothers in particular.
