I am an Assistant Psychologist with over 1 year of experience in trauma-informed care and mental health rehabilitation. Holding a BSc in Psychology from the University of Liverpool, I specialize in supporting children who have faced adversity, delivering low-level CBT, emotional regulation support, and conducting assessments. I work closely with a clinical psychologist to reflect on my practice and develop my skills. In my previous role at the Transitional Rehabilitation Unit, I supported individuals with acquired brain injuries, managing complex behaviors related to conditions like schizophrenia and depression, and worked with a multidisciplinary team to create tailored care plans. Additionally, I volunteered as a Mental Health Advocate in Fiji, where I facilitated workshops and fostered mental health awareness in the community. I bring strong skills in assessment, report writing, emotional regulation techniques, and collaborative team work, and I am passionate about contributing to mental health and well-being.
