About Lottie Hostead

I have been working in the housing industry for over 16 years. My career started in the private rented sector as a Lettings Negotiator and progressed to the Lettings Valuer and this was for just over 3 years. I then had a short holiday (maternity leave) and returned to work as a Sales Negotiator and Valuer to help create Belvoir Sales, a new division of the business.Natural progression lead me into the role from Sales Valuer to Sales Manager and now I am operating as Branch Manager for the Belvoir Peterborough Branch. In the role I am responsible for the sales and lettings performance of the branch, growth by means of new property listings including block developments, innovative ideas to work smarter within the team and also responsible for training, day to day management and quality of service delivered by the successful sales and lettings team. My role has been varied and has meant I have been involved with all elements of residential sales and lettings. I have had an opportunity to understand the affordable aspects of sales, by selling property on the successful schemes of Shared ownership and Help to Buy as well as outright purchases, whilst also understanding legislation changes to the private rented market. My passion is working with developers and housing associations. I have had the opportunity to provide site appraisals for New Homes and office to residential conversion development projects and I have seen the sites through to completion which had great outcomes for developers and buyers.
