I’m a strategic, systems-minded leader who builds the conditions for people and organisations to thrive—connected to purpose, grounded in trust, and focused on impact. My work sits at the intersection of people, practice and strategy. I lead with clarity and care, bringing teams into alignment around shared goals and giving them the space and support to do their best work. I’m known for my ability to hold complexity, navigate change, and move work forward—even when the path isn’t obvious. I’ve spent the past decade helping build Health Justice Australia from the ground up. As Deputy CEO and Director of Capability & Knowledge, I lead national efforts to strengthen collaboration across systems, sectors and disciplines. I also hold executive responsibility for people and culture, organisational planning, strategic partnerships and revenue. Across every role I’ve held, I bring the same mindset: adaptive, relational, values-driven. Whether guiding system reform, supporting team culture, or building new strategy, I work to ensure people feel seen, connected and clear about the contribution they make. I'm drawn to complex problems that demand diverse perspectives and courageous collaboration.
