About Lou Esposito

With over 30 years of work experience and leadership in the portrait photography and yearbook industry, I am a seasoned leader, strategist, and innovator. NWS mission is to deliver high-quality, memorable, and personalized portraits for customers of all ages and backgrounds. I have a strong expertise in acquiring and integrating established businesses, utilizing field talent, and expanding market presence. As the President and CEO of Nationwide Studios, I oversee three divisions that are branded with the market leaders: Teddy Bear Portraits, Legacy Studios and Signature Yearbooks. Since October 2019, I have been leading Nationwide Studios, Inc, the leader in the portrait photography industry, with a presence in 43 states and over 600 employees. I am responsible for setting the vision, direction, and goals for the company, as well as managing the financial, operational, and human resources aspects. I leverage my skills in management, business development, and strategic planning to grow the company's revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. I also foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence among the teams, and ensure that we deliver the best portrait photography services in the industry.
