About Lou Gaughan

After completion of a four year contract in Sydney, Australia, I returned to the U.K in June 2013. During my tenure with ArthroCare, I developed into a key member of the company’s international community. I have been exposed and involved in many of the critical service and system developments on both an international and global level. I have become an expert on procedures and processes that have enabled me to implement the same structures on a local level in two of the largest direct markets within the company’s international arena. These skills are transferrable and interchangeable. I am a self-motivated, communicative manager and team-player, with considerable experience of working within challenging, service driven environments. I have a proven record of developing excellent relationships with customers, colleagues and management alike. Possessing creative and intuitive problem solving skills, I am able to integrate within and provide operational support to varying teams both voluntarily and at short notice to ensure the highest standard of customer care and operational efficiency.
