I have lived in San Jose since 1974. I worked at Hewlett-Packard in Silicon Valley as a senior research program manager until 2013. I have had my real estate license for over 19 years. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), and Silicon Valley Association of Realtors (SILVAR). Having lived in the South Bay for over 47 years, I concentrate my business in the entire Silicon Valley area, Santa Clara County, San Mateo County and the Fremont/Union City area. I specialize in residential home selling and buying. I found that the skills and experience that I acquired during my work at HP strongly influenced and transferred to my real estate career in unexpected and important ways. He has been a research grants manager, external technology account manager, university relations senior program manager, and open innovation program manager. He has developed programs that have resulted in successful long-term research collaborations between HP’s businesses and universities throughout the world. Lou was one of the leaders in regional and national efforts to address significant problems in companies and universities being able to negotiate timely research agreements. This led to the creation of new models and approaches and the formation of the University-Industry Demonstration Partnership. Lou is an expert in developing various models, principles, practices, and frameworks for building long-term strategic university-industry partnerships and in negotiating university-industry research agreements.
