About Louann Schultz

I change lives everyday when I help buyers find the perfect home or sellers sell their home so they can move into their next home. I am with them throughout the entire real estate process from the beginning to the end and it always turns into a great friendship where my clients feel comfortable confiding in me and knowing that I will get the job done. I am a military wife with my husband Brian having over 18 years in the USAF. I am beyond thankful for all the military families I have helped and continue to help each day. I am blessed to have a real estate team, The Schultz Team and our team consists of myself, my husband Brian and daughter Taylor. You never have to worry when you have a powerful team of Realtors working for you. We work with investors and are property managers for short term and long term rentals. We conduct each transaction with professionalism and care.
