Welcome to my profile! I’m Louis Daniel, a motivated young professional driven by curiosity and a constant desire to learn and improve. I’m passionate about audit, financial analysis, automation, and technology, which I’m pleased to apply in my current role. After a successful internship in audit private equity at EY Luxembourg, I am now working full time at EY as a junior auditor in the commercial and public sector. My assignments cover client reporting under both IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP, mainly in the process and pharmaceutical industries. These engagements allow me to broaden my experience, take on new challenges, and gradually develop expertise in the audit of industrial clients. I’m often recognized for bringing a problem-solving mindset and automation skills to my work, which help improve efficiency and ensure reliable results. Living and studying abroad has also shaped the way I approach challenges. Experiences such as a six-month exchange at Kobe University in Japan strengthened my adaptability and gave me the ability to combine analytical and creative thinking when facing complex situations. Academically, I hold a double master’s degree, earning summa cum laude in accounting and finance at Ca' Foscari University of Venice and in audit and financial analysis at HEC Liège. I enjoy learning continuously, whether by exploring ESG reporting through my thesis, mastering audit tools, or improving my German language skills in Luzern and now Luxembourg.
