About Louis Roach

Managing Director at Titan Mouthguards, seeking a new opportunity in SaaS for AE or CS roles.A lifelong entrepreneur to this point, I have loved the past nine years (for the most part) building my client-focused business, but it is time for a new, worthwhile challenge.Currently leading Titan Mouthguards, I have scaled the brand into one of the largest sports mouthguard companies in the UK. I have owned the full commercial engine: from securing multi-year B2B partnerships with 100+ school and club clients to driving client retention and expansion, all while progressing every other area of business operations. My journey to this point has been defined by full-stack ownership, and growing the business has been an incredible ride. Scaling our core full-time team from 0 to 5 and building to a peak of 80 part-time staff to manage seasonal demand has been a joy. Working with some amazing people has made the work feel like play at times, but I am now ready to apply the skills learned along the way to a new challenge.I’m really excited to take some commercial fire and a genuine passion for impact into driving meaningful growth for mission-driven SaaS.titanmouthguards.com
