About Louis S.

Thirty years experience in Project management, construction management and contract management within the chemical, industrial and mining industries on engineering projects. I also have several years farm management and livestock production experience as I am a part time farmer. This has taught me valuable entrepreneurship skills. I am a natural problem solver and trouble shooter. I have significant experience working with diversity and in developing countries. I have an “owner” approach to management and execute tasks and activities with an ownership responsibly approach. I am hands-on, like to get involved at the coal face and like to motivate teams by example. I believe I can add value to any organisation that is prepared to give me an opportunity and that shares my values and ethics.
