About Louis Williams
Having been in the security industry since 2006, I have witnessed many instances while performing my front-line and operational roles. Experiences range from the 2011 riots (property asset management with G4S for RBS), all the way through to national terror threats. A poignant example is the 2018 bomb diffusion incident at Angel tube station (crisis management, again, with G4S for RBS). With regards to my interpersonal skill and people management, my achievements encompass the successful coordination of big physical security details (20-man+ teams). To date, my tenure is at Santander, Unity Place, gaining senior experience as a Site Manager.
