About Louisa Hicks

I have represented Coca-Cola Enterprises for 13 years, starting as a sales development exec. moving through the company in various channels such as, Education & Workplace, Grocery and Independent & Wholesale. My most recent position was Area Sales Manager responsible for up to nine people which involved managing and developing the team through coaching and field accompaniments. This also included planning & implementing sales targets, project management, gaining distribution for new brand & product lines and managing marketing budgets. I was also responsible for preparing and hosting Vice President and CEO market visits. In addition to my day job I was also responsible for driving team engagement across the region through various initiatives. My other job roles within the company included managing both National and regional accounts and also gaining new business whilst ensuring I was always focused on revenue growth management. One of my most challenging but enjoyable projects with my time at CCE was preparing and activating the global marketing sponsorship for the London 2012 Olympic Games.
