Nice to meet you! I am Louisa Hoffmann and work as a research assistant and PhD student at the TU Braunschweig. During my Master's degree, I majored in electrochemistry and then started my PhD in battery technology. Besides my professional ambitions, I am interested in nature, good books and traveling. My research focuses on battery cell formation, aging, and electrochemical characterization, especially for lithium-ion batteries. The goal of my research is to optimize the lithium-ion battery cell production process to reduce time and cost while maintaining quality. Through experimental parameter variations, I use electrochemical characterization methods to investigate effect relationships between battery cell quality and relevant process parameters. I welcome inquiries about my research and to expand my network. I am also interested in new input and opportunities for personal development.
