Currently completing a work-study program at ELSAN, the leading private healthcare provider in France, I contribute to the growth of the International Division within the International Patient Office. My primary focus is to enhance the group’s visibility on the international stage. My role involves cross-functional project management with key stakeholders including international patients, healthcare professionals, and partners. It requires agility, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to different profiles and cultures. I am a polyglot, speaking English, French, Polish, and German, which enables me to effectively engage with diverse international teams. Previous experience at Gates Business Services Europe in Poland: I supported the EMEA-wide rollout of SAP S/4HANA as part of a digital transformation project, contributing to change management and user adoption. What drives me? Curious and people-oriented, I love connecting ideas and individuals to bring projects to life.
