As a Managing Director and Member of the Global Healthcare and Lifesciences Practices at ZRG Partners, I help clients solve their most complex talent challenges and achieve their strategic goals. With over 20 years of experience in executive search, leadership succession, board advisory, and organizational consulting, I have a deep understanding of the dynamics and trends shaping the healthcare and lifesciences sector in Australasia and globally. I partner with public and not-for-profit boards and C-suite executives to identify and secure exceptional leaders who can drive enterprise transformation, innovation, and growth. I also work closely with candidates who are seeking to change roles or transition from executive to non-executive positions, providing them with guidance and support throughout their career journey. My mission is to create lasting value and impact for my clients, candidates, and colleagues, by leveraging my expertise, network, and passion for the healthcare and lifesciences industry.
