About Louise Jack

As a well-qualified professional with an enthusiastic and positive approach, I am currently seeking a new customer-facing role where I can expand upon my strong and varied communications & administration skill set. My years in administration, as well as my long teaching career, have equipped me with first-rate verbal & written communication skills including assured & clear public speaking, hosting of meetings and dealing with enquiries. My ability to generate creative ideas and problem solve is complemented by confident self-organisation: I can plan complex long-term projects effectively, prioritising tasks, working to deadlines and reviewing progress. I thrive on collaborative challenges, and opportunities to learn and apply new knowledge and skills. In my most recent role, working for the National Trust as a Services Assistant, I enjoyed the responsibility of supervising an event space, and liaising with the public; as a drama teacher, my ability to interpret, interact and negotiate through focused dialogues, was crucial to my daily work. As I move forward in a new direction, I am interested in a future role where clear, purposeful communication and positive collaboration is at the heart of the work.
