Purpose driven and learning to be intentional. I am a squiggly careered intrapreneur - although before late diagnosis I would have called this something quite different. My professional passions are colleague voice, employee ownership, social mobility and community impact… I now work in the perfect organisation to make me tick, and even landed a new career thanks to opportunities found here that I would never have expected. I am Seetec obsessive in a very uncool way. Whoops. As an internal communicator I aim to connect colleagues with strategic goals to drive success - I am audience led and strive for clarity, accessibility and value - with a touch of fun wherever possible. I can geek out over unexpected topics. I would never have imagined how much I would talk about governance and process improvement in my middle age. Also, I talk (too much!) about my ADHD - I can’t help it, it has explained and unlocked so much. I am compelled to pay that benefit forward.
