As a Business Development Manager, I’m helping refineries and tank facilities improve efficiency and safety with specialized chemical cleaning, degassing, and descaling solutions, whilst growing market presence and creating leaps in active refinery sales. My approach is hands-on and consultative: I research each refinery to design tailored chemical strategies, collaborate with operations teams, and deliver measurable results that stand out in a competitive oil and gas market. I work across the full cycle—from first client conversation to proposal, contract negotiation, and execution—building lasting relationships and embedding our chemistry into regular maintenance and turnaround schedules. I have advanced rapidly through project management and business development roles in the UK and Europe, and now currently in North America. I’ve managed projects with teams of 100+, overseen bids and proposals, and designed high-impact marketing materials, giving me a well-rounded view of both work-winning and execution across the oil & gas and construction industries. Key strengths include strategic planning, relationship development, and global growth. I’m equally comfortable negotiating contracts, presenting at international industry events, or leading cross-functional teams.
