About Louise Nodder

As a Senior Advisor at the Ministry of Justice, I worked to support and improve the capability of frontline staff to deliver justice services. I planned and led improvement projects, managed relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and developed Advisor capability. I delivered projects to a high standard with positive feedback from stakeholders, and identified and implemented improvements to business as usual practices. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Gender Studies from the University of Otago, where I developed critical thinking, research, and communication skills. I am passionate about making a meaningful difference in the public sector, and I have a strong work ethic, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement. I have also provided mentoring and training to new staff, and served as a Health and Safety representative for my team.
