I have over twenty years’ experience working in a multitude of roles from eCommerce, Marketing, Operations, Customer Care to Consultancy and Project Management across leading high fashion retailers and a multinational electrical and telecommunications retailer. What I love is managing teams and working in collaboration with all business functions to develop 360 campaigns that deliver a positive customer experience, have high impact, strong return in investment and drive performance from awareness, site traffic, store footfall to sales and market share. I have strong commercial acumen, am extremely competitive and love winning (who doesn’t) and as a result have a 100% success rate in over exceeding business objectives. In a fast-paced retail environment I’ve learned to be an independent strategic thinker, a resourceful problem solver and can easily transition between leading a committed team to being hands-on when duty calls. To any new organisation I’ll bring passion, energy and a good heart to make things happen. Outside of work, I love kidding around and being adventurous with my two very energetic boys and most recently took up coaching their soccer team.
