About Lourdes Plunkett

At Frameworks of Tampa Bay, my focus is on enhancing program efficiency and sustainability through data analysis and goal formulation. My role involves evaluating organizational data, fine-tuning Early Chlidhood strategies, and overseeing data management with a commitment to Emotional Intelligence best practices and national research. Our team's mission is to empower educators, youth, and families to nurture emotional intelligence, fostering a community of growth and positive relationships. The expertise I bring to the table is rooted in a rich background of assessment and accountability coordination, where I transformed systems for increased productivity in education, family services, and health sectors. My skill set includes attention to detail, knowledge acquisition, and fluency in multiple languages, enabling me to engage with a diverse demographic and support bilingual parents with a sense of cultural sensitivity and inclusivity. With my leadership, we've achieved high levels of success in program delivery and learning outcomes.
